To make it easier to get in contact with the members of the church the ward boundaries are broken doen into 6 zones.
The Image below outlines the 6 zones that 6th Ward is broken into. There should be two ward members for each zone. These two members will be covering each and keeping track of the members in their zone. If there is a disater these members can find out the welfare of the members in the zone and the needs of those in their zone. Then report those items to the Bishop, Elders Quorum President, Releif Society President, or another. Then those leaders can coordinate any help if needed.
